Bio
I dream of being the perfect fifties housewife, albeit with a career and minus all the housework. I'm working on the wife part - the house will prove more difficult I'm sure.

I used to have a very boring office job wherein I got through my days by being subversive and wearing green tights, sending defamatory e-mails about the management and getting drunk on tasty pints at lunchtimes (I assure you the afternoons they flew by). I'm now, however, dangerously nearing the end of my second year at university. I do too much baking and not enough work, read too many gossip websites and read too little of the hundreds of books I buy. Books are ace. Thus libraries are too, but I hate it when people write in books that aren't theirs.

I like days out at the seaside with picnics (where sand always, without fail, ends up in abundance in your sandwiches), Crimea gigs (wherein I drunkenly befriend bar staff and end up enormously inebriated and then on to Camden where I have, on too many occasions, vomited copiously in Davey's toilet), watching films in bed, dancing round the house in stripey pants (occasionally without but, hell, I rarely have an audience) and generally a life with little to no responsibility.

My strawberry muffins were once described as "FUCKING AMAZING" in text THIS big. I think it was a ploy to get me into bed anyway, my sister claimed they tasted a cross between "paint and the aftertaste of sick. I have since baked with altogether far better results. I like the idea of Viva Cake, but my cakes are better and I give them away for free.

My livejournal is ordinarily neglected and often boring, but enough selling myself.

p.s (Please ask before you add me - I'm not especially fussy but I'd like to know who you are and why the hell you want to read this.)

What can I say, I'm a stickler for dancing in time.
